I use my desktop PC for gaming and advanced pro-level photographic applications, including Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom (among other processing software).

My <2-year-old PC is already a pretty fast machine, with an Intel 3.4 gig CPU and 2 gigs of RAM and on-board ATI-200, but it was straining and choppy with the graphics of current games like NWN2 MOB. On the other hand, I didn't want to spend $300 - $600 for a graphics card to upgrade a computer that only cost about $500 to begin with.

This card is the perfect solution! Not only is the price right in the ballpark of reasonability, but I was very surprised at the improvement of the quality of the graphics. On rerunning some of the gaming sequences, the improvement was simply astonishing!

Great value and performance from a proven supplier in ATI Radeon.

I was having video lockups causing my HP Vista computer to lockup because the onboard video would overheat. Put this PCI Express X16 card in and not only are the graphics much better I gained the 256 MB back taken away by the onboard card. Highly recommend this product to replace the onboard graphics cards should you have the required slot in your computer!

I had been unable to use the MSI HD 3450 with my Dell Vostro 200 due to a conflict with the software from the enclosed CD. I went to ATI directly and loaded their Catalyst Control Center Software directly. The card runs well for the past 24 hours with no errors or conflicts. Graphics on MIcroSoft Flight Simulator and Call of Duty run well in the high resolution mode. The card is a good valve except for the enclosed CD and software. You should load the Catalyst Software and by the enclosed software.
